Despite the old myth that says oysters should only be eaten in cooler seasons, because of modern farming techniques and technology, our shellfish is safe to eat twelve months out of the year. We only carry products that have been screened and approved for safe harvest, that's why our selections vary from week to week—we only offer the freshest and safest.
