Known for anticipating trends and cultivating strong supplier partnerships, Richard ensures the business remains agile and competitive in a fast-changing industry. Morgan Wu
Managing Director
Morgan grew up around W&T Seafood, spending childhood summers learning the business firsthand—sorting clams, identifying fish, and navigating the warehouse with a hand truck. After earning a degree in economics and working as a corporate analyst, he ultimately returned to his roots. For over a decade, Morgan has been a key part of W&T Seafood, bringing fresh perspective and new ideas as a leader in the next generation, while staying grounded in the values that built the company. He’s especially focused on bridging tradition with innovation to ensure the company continues to thrive in a changing food landscape.

Louis Wu
Advisor
Louis founded W&T Seafood and spent over four decades building it into a respected name in the global seafood industry. Though never formally trained, he gained deep expertise the traditional way—through hands-on experience, relationship-building, and an unwavering work ethic. From a small retail shop in New York’s Chinatown, he grew the business into an international wholesale operation. Now serving as an independent consultant, Louis continues to share his insights with the team, offering unmatched product knowledge and perspective. He remains a trusted advisor and occasional presence in the company kitchen, where his passion for seafood and innovation lives on.
